Upload / Merge PBA Data

Upload a CSV or Excel file. Rows are matched using pbaID / Reference ID. If the ID already exists, the columns present in the file are updated; otherwise a new row is inserted.

Important instructions

• The first row must contain column headings. Best results: use the database column names from your PBA table, such as pbaID, block, gp, and numberOfDaysForWhichEMRIsFilledUp.
• Common Excel headings such as “Reference ID”, “Beneficiary Name”, “Block”, “GP”, and “Number of Days for which e-MR is filled up” are also recognized.
• CSV upload works without extra libraries. To upload .xlsx/.xls directly, install PhpSpreadsheet as explained in README.txt.
• Take a database backup before uploading. Matching uses the first row found for a duplicate pbaID because the current table does not enforce pbaID as UNIQUE.
